Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your s6vip Account. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder's name does not match the Account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account in your name that has been verified through the KYC process. s6vip will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, prepaid cards, or anonymous payment instruments under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts; however, enhanced due-diligence checks may apply to withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
s6vip does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are entirely your responsibility and are outside of s6vip's control.
